We booked a room very last minute due to a nearby flat tire while we were traveling. My wife arrived first and the room wasn’t ready (I had booked online about 20 minutes before she showed up), but they offered her a complimentary drink while she waited, when it took longer than expected they upgraded the room. We spent two unexpected days on our way home from vacation with these fine people and they could not have gone out of their way more for us. Allowed us access to our room way past the late checkout they were gracious enough to extend. The area is nice and walkable, some shops and restaurants close by. But the star of the show was the staff at AC Marriott!

Having just experienced the new AC Hotel by Marriott in Ridgeland, MS, I'm eager to share my positive impressions. This trendy spot boasts a great location, offering easy access to the area's attractions and businesses. From the moment I stepped inside, the fantastic staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs with genuine care. The hotel's design is sleek and modern, reflecting the AC Hotels' signature style. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The communal spaces are inviting, perfect for relaxing or connecting with others. I particularly enjoyed the stylish AC Lounge, a great place to unwind after a busy day. Beyond the aesthetics, the service truly stood out. Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure, from the front desk to the bar. Their attentiveness and positive attitudes enhanced my stay significantly. If you're looking for a contemporary hotel with a prime location and exceptional service in Ridgeland, the AC Hotel by Marriott is a fantastic choice.

Everything about my stay at the AC Hotel was phenomenal! The team that checked me in was amazing. But I'd also like to highlight Morgan. I was checking out and he was able to answer some questions I had regarding products they provide in the rooms.

Everything excellent here. Especially the customer service . Very rare do i see that your Bonvoy status means something here. Mr.Morgan Alexander the front desk personnel is so professional and kind. We've stayed here over 7 nights and everytime we get him checking us in is always the same. Excellent!! Marriott is lucky to have such a great employee. Thanks again Morgan for your excellent service.

Clean rooms, location is somewhat out of the way but there are a few restaurant options around (walkable) and an outside mall and Costco are only 5-10min drive away.

I had an outstanding stay from start to finish—friendly staff, spotless rooms, and a location that made everything easy. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had; highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The staff here were amazing. So friendly and personal. You are not just a number here, they were super accommodating. I went down to the lobby this morning wanting some hot chocolate but I didn’t see any. An African American 60ish year old staff member could tell I was looking for something and asked me if I was finding everything ok. I asked her if they had any hot chocolate. She said no and I told her thank you and that I was just craving a warm cup of hot cocoa. She said to hold on a minute and came back with a package for me. I looked confused and asked about it and it was HER PERSONAL hot cocoa packet! I refused to take it but was so touched by her offering it. She said she brought two and already had one this morning so I could have this one. That is going well beyond the job description and left me with a great impression of this hotel. I’m retired and am also impressed that they hire older people (like me). As soon as you enter the hotel you are acknowledged and welcomed with a greeting. The desk staff was super friendly and efficient. I went to get ice and was delighted to see that they had little plastic carafes with lids by the ice machine that you could use for ice water. They also hey had little shower bombs by the lobby elevators for guest to pick up which was a nice touch. The lobby in modern and inviting. The outside fire looks awesome when you come in the front (or back… not sure which is the front and which is the back.) The shower was nice with a rain shower head on the ceiling and a sprayer that moved up and down with a massaging head. My husband’s super tall so he raised it high and I moved it down for my height. Also, many good restaurants around just steps away from the hotel as well as a lake with a nice walking trail. The only negative thing I can say is that we had to keep getting up in the middle of the night because the air conditioner would stop running. That was annoying.

First stay at an AC. Very friendly and happy greeting upon check in. Room was very nice. Quiet location. I would absolutely stay here again. My only critique is the reading lamp arms are tired and don’t stay where intended. That’s all I got!
